SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Q. Do you ship discreetly?
A. We ship discreetly, you will never receive a package with our logo on it. Q. Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom? A. We can deliver outside the United Kingdom, please contact us with item number and destination so that we can confirm the shipping costs. Q. How Much do you charge for shipping? A. We currently ship using the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Our costs for packing and shipping is currently £2.95 for delivery within the United Kingdom. We offer free delivery within the United Kingdom for orders over £75
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive? Q. What happens if goods are damaged in transit? A. If goods are damaged in transit it is your responsibility to inform us within 48 hours. All details of damage must be recorded on the delivery documentation. It is important that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect the claim against the carrier. Q. What happens if incorrect goods are delivered? A. You must notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. We will not exchange or refund for any suspected used garments. It will be your responsibility to notify us of any problems. Q. What happens if goods are lost in transit?
A. We cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 72 hours from the date of our dispatch confirmation. RETURNSQ. I am dissatisfied with my Order A. If within 7 days of receipt, you are dissatisfied with your order , we will exchange or refund any goods providing that they are in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. Q. The goods were faulty A. All items are inspected for faults prior to dispatch. We will however exchange faulty or damaged goods providing that they still have the original tags attached and are in the original packaging and are not soiled. Items with cut tags or that are not in original condition (packaging) will not be accepted. Claims for defects must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Q. Do you pay for shipping on returns For your own protection, you may wish to send your return back to us by insured parcel post or courier if these services are available in your area. We are not liable for damaged item(s) returned to us or returns that are not received. All refunds if applicable will be applied to the payment method used for your original purchase.

A. If the lingerie you have ordered does not fit, we will gladly exchange the item or give you a refund.
