SHIPPING & RETURNSShipping If an item is required urgently please contact us prior to placing order, so that we can check the delivery. Delivery to the UK will be by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery usually within 3 to 7 days. Overseas orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For usually within 10 to 15 days. Mislaid orders If an order fails to arrive within the stated delivery period please advise us immediately so that we can check with Royal Mail. We can only claim for a lost item from the Royal Mail after 15 working days from the date of posting. Royal Mail state an item is not missing until 15 days after posting. After this time please obtain the signed for delivery tracking number from us and check with your local sorting office. If the packet is not at your local depot you will be offered a refund or replacement, please choose which you prefer. Delivery charges : Any uncalled for orders which are returned to us by Royal Mail may be reshipped at your request. Further postage costs will be recharged. . Returns Under the Distance Selling Act 2000 you must inform us within 7 days of receipt IN WRITING [email is fine please ensure you ask for a reader receipt so that you know we have the message] that you have cancelled your order and are returning your goods. We will then assign a returns number and delivery address to you which must be included written on the outside of the packet - a copy of your invoice must be included in your packet. If any items are returned without this information, goods will be returned to the customer at cost and no refund will be issued. Returns must be postmarked to us within 14 days of your received date we'll give you a full refund of the product value minus postage within 30 days. Items may be tried on for size. Items must be returned in the same condition as at despatch and must be in a resellable condition. Note we do not accept the following as returned items under any circumstances; knickers (unless part of a set) thongs, g-strings, wigs, stockings, tights and body stockings. Should an item be returned after 14 calendar days, we will have no obligation to refund. Please note we cannot refund items that have been used, cleaned, damaged or soiled; items returned without full tags and packaging; items must be odour free, including the smell of smoke and perfume . Please note we do not exchange under any circumstances. If you require another item please re-order online in the normal way. We strongly advise you to send items back using a traceable method customers are responsible for the safe return of any items to us and the cost thereof. Faulty Products Please note we cannot refund items that have been used, cleaned, damaged or soiled; items returned without full tags and packaging; items must be odour free, including the smell of smoke and perfume . Damaged in Transit If goods are damaged in transit it is your responsibility to inform us within 48 hours. All details of damage must be recorded on the delivery documentation. It is important that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect the claim against the carrier Liability Disputed items If you are returning a package please use recorded post or obtain a certificate of posting for your own protection please note proof of posting is not proof of delivery. We accept no losses whatsoever for items missing in the post which have been returned to us. If items are missing it is the customer’s responsibility to claim from Royal Mail and we will help them with their investigation enquiries.
