SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Q. Do you ship discreetly?

A. We ship discreetly, you will never receive a package with our logo on it.

Q. Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?

A. We can deliver  to all worldwide destinations,  please contact us if your destination is not listed at checkout.

 Q. What happens if incorrect goods are delivered?

A. You must notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery.  If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. We will not exchange or refund for any suspected used garments.  It will be your responsibility to notify us of any problems.

RETURNS

Q. I am dissatisfied with my Order

Q. Do you pay for shipping on returns

A. We will not reimburse any return shipping charges unless we have made an error in product fulfillment. We will not refund any shipping & handling fees. You will not be charged any re-shipping fees when replacing defective/damaged goods. Returns sent C.O.D. will be refused.  

For your own protection, you may wish to send your return back to us by insured parcel post or courier if these services are available in your area. We are not liable for damaged item(s) returned to us or returns that are not received. All refunds if applicable will be applied to the payment method used for your original purchase.

Q. How long will it take to process my return?

A. We will make every effort to process your return quickly and you will receive an e-mail notification on the status of your return. The damaged item will be replaced and shipped to you at no additional charge, once we have received the problem item. Should any return deemed not to be defective, it  will be returned to you.

Q. What happens if the item does not fit?

A. If the lingerie you have ordered does not fit, we will gladly exchange the item or give you a refund. Returned items must still have the original tags attached and be in the original packaging and not soiled. Items with cut tags or that are not in original condition (packaging) will not be accepted.

ORDERS

Q. Leather and Vinyl goods.

A.  Please note that leather and vinyl goods are specialist order items and are ordered from the manufacturer as required.  This will result in a delivery time of up to 21 days.
 
Q. Is everything on your website in stock?

A. Although all items on our website are available for sale, some items may be temporarily out of stock at the time of ordering.

Q. What happens if the item I have ordered is temporarily out of stock?

A. Your item will be automatically placed on back-order, and an e-mail will be sent notifying you of this. However if you do not wish the item to be placed on back-order please send an e-mail to this effect.
 
Q. When will my back-order arrive?

A. We are unable to give a definite date when a back-order will arrive with our suppliers, however when we receive updated shipping information you will be informed. Please allow 15 - 20 working days for delivery.
 
Q. How do I know if my order has been shipped?

A. You will be sent an e-mail confirming your order has been shipped. 

 Q. Am I ordering the correct size?

A. Please follow the instructions on measurements accourding to the relevant manufacturer, also follow the instructions on the item order page.

Q. How do I know if my order has been received?

A. After submitting your order, you will receive via e-mail a copy of the order you submitted to confirm that your order was successfully transmitted.
